The BGSU Men's Soccer team played their first exhibition game of the season today vs. Findlay. The Falcons came out victorious shutting out the Oilers 3-0. In goal for the Falcons were sophomores Brandon Decker and Michael Rutkowski. Leading the team with two goals was Omari Aldridge. Aldridge scored off an assist from Matt Yanick and then again on an assist by Alec Perea. The third goal came from a penalty kick drawn by Ryan Perea that was shot and scored by senior P.J. Behan. "Our first outing was interesting. We are working on translating what has been worked on in preseason into the games and getting better with every game," BGSU Coach Fred Thompson said. The Falcons continue exhibition play by hosting Defiance on Thursday (Aug. 26) at 4 p.m.
