Graduate Assistant Positions Available

Bowling Green State University is currently seeking applicants for two (2) graduate assistants in the Athletic Training Program. These are 10 month positions that will extend for two years. The opportunity to work summer camps at BGSU will also be available. Duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing sports as assigned by the director of sports medicine, as well as supervision of curriculum athletic training students. Qualified candidates will be NATABOC certified or eligible and currently possess or be eligible for Ohio State Licensure (www.oata.org/otptat.html). Positions will be granted pending the completion of NATABOC certification. Candidates must apply for admission into the graduate school of human movement, sport, & leisure studies (http://www.bgsu.edu/departments/hmsls/). If you are interested please contact the Graduate School ASAP as deadlines are approaching. Employment and acceptance is contingent on admittance to the Graduate School at BGSU. Grad School requirements: 3.0 GPA and GRE's of at least 450 or above in all areas of the General Test.
Stipend will be $7800 / 10 months with an associated out of state tuition waiver also (there will be small fees for state licensure and graduate school admissions/fees).
Start date: August 21, 2006
