Falcons Finish 8th At Rocket Fall Classic

TOLEDO, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University women's golf team began day two of the Rocket Fall Classic in eighth-place, and after 18 holes, the Falcons' place remained unchanged to conclude the 54-hole tournament at Heather Downs Country Club in Toledo, Ohio.
Jessica McCann shot a blistering final round score of 73 to climb 14 spots (27th to 13th), shooting a final score of 231 to lead the Falcons. Other competitors included Amanda Bader (232, T-15th), Kari Liggett (244, T-43rd), Carley Hrusovsky (245, T-44th), Lindsey Jonkoff (256, T-60th), Amanda Schroeder (258, 64th) and Jenna Kary (261, T-66th).
Up next for the Falcons is a trip up north to Ann Arbor, Michigan. The tournament is slated for Oct. 1-2.
