Free Concert and Fireworks Show To Follow Homecoming Game

Bowling Green, Ohio - As part of Homecoming Festivities on Saturday, October 14 a free outdoor concert presented by the University Activities Organization and a postgame fireworks show are scheduled following the BGSU-Eastern Michigan football game. The event also is sponsored by Pepsi.

The Falcons and Eagles will kickoff at 4 p.m. with the fireworks display scheduled for immediately after the conclusion of the game. Following the fireworks a free outdoor concert is scheduled outside of the stadium just south of the scoreboard.

Three bands are scheduled to perform including 2 Skinny Dorks, Cocobeanos and Shane Plasecki.

Saturday's game also is the annual Take a Kid To The Game Day where youngsters 12 years old and under are admitted free with a an adult with a paid admission.
