Falcon Baseball to Host Winter Camp

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The BGSU Winter Baseball Camp will be held inside the Perry Field House, located on the BGSU campus across the street from Warren Steller Field. Camp is scheduled for December 16 and 17.
Camp will be conducted by Falcon coaches and players including Head Coach Danny Schmitz, Assistant Coaches Tod Brown and Dave Whitmire and the Falcons' newest addition to the coaching staff, Chris Hoiles. Hoiles was a Baltimore Oriole catcher for 10 seasons and was voted Most Valuable Oriole in 1993 after batting .310 with 29 homers and 82 RBIs. He was recently inducted into the Baltimore Orioles Hall of Fame.
Campers aging from 6-13 years old will participate in a "Baseball Fundamentals" camp while 14-18 year old campers will experience a "Specialty Camp - Pitching, Catching, Infield, Outfield, Hitting."
