Saturday & Sunday: Weekend Parking
- Due to a multitude of events happening across the athletic campus, including the BGSU Spring Soccer Challenge that will bring thousands of athletes to campus, alumni and fans are encouraged to arrive early to Steller Field. We are planning for high volumes of traffic throughout the day along with adjusted parking availability.
- Those attending baseball are to tell the police officer stationed at the corner of Mercer Road and Stadium Drive that they are going to baseball. From there, they will be directly to the appropriate lot at the Slater Family Ice Arena for baseball parking. Baseball fans must communicate to the officer that they are attending baseball or they will be directed past the baseball parking lot.
- A full release for parking information can be found HERE.
- Before Saturday's game against the Rockets, the Falcons will be welcoming back Alumni to Steller Field. Alumni in attendance are asked to report to the third base dugout at 2:15 to be recognized. The on-field recognition will begin at 2:30 p.m.
- Prior to Saturday's game against Toledo and immediately following the alumni recognition, Bowling Green will be adding five names to the outfield wall, joining the BGSU Cast of Honor. Falcon legends Jon Berti, Orel Hershiser, Roger McDowell, Andy Tracy and Kip Young will be honored pregame with their name and numbers going up in the outfield.
- A full release for the Cast of Honor can be found HERE.
- As part of the Schmidthorst College of Business 90 Years celebration, the college will be handing out replica BGSU baseball jerseys at Saturday's game.
- BGSU Baseball and Softball fans can find free root beer floats courtesy of Tapped 419 and Maumee Bay Brewing Company. Beginning at 1 p.m. when softball starts and running until 3 p.m., fans can stop by the marketing table at Meserve Field for their opportunity to get a root beer float ticket.
- Sunday's weekend finale against Toledo will be an Orange Wave at Steller Field with BGSU fans asked to wear orange in support of the Falcons.
