BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Bowling Green State University's tennis program (3-3) won their second straight match at Shadow Valley Tennis and Fitness Center after holding the Braves of Bradley University (1-1) scoreless, 7-0.
In doubles action, Ashley Jakupcin and Jenna Nussbaum combined for the 8-2 win at the No. 1 slot, while Heidi Romer and Kelsey Jakupcin took the advantage in the No. 2 slot, 8-6. Andrea Meister and Andrea Volle merged for a win at the third flight, 8-1. The biggest win came in the fourth flight where Erica Wolfe and Stefanie Menoff did not concede a point in their 8-0 victory.
The Falcons kept the Illinois school from earning any points in the singles matches where BGSU was 8-0.
The Orange and Brown will return to Shadow Valley tomorrow to battle the Raiders of Wright State University. The match will begin at 1:00 p.m.
