Roflow Breaks School Record, Hartman Qualifies for NCAA Regionals

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - In a wild day at the Gina Relays in Hillsdale, Michigan, the Orange and Brown saw two spectacular performances from Jamie Roflow and Whitney Hartman.
In the 3,000-meter steeplechase, Jamie Roflow ran an amazing 10:27.36, shattering the school record by ten seconds. With the new time, she eclipsed her old personal-best of 10:57.25 by more than 30 seconds.
In the women's hammer throw, it was Whitney Hartman who stole the show for the Falcons. She heaved a throw of 183-04.00, seven feet farther than her personal best which was only set one week ago. With this new toss, Whitney Hartman has now qualified herself to Regionals.
Hartman and Roflow are not the only Falcons that have qualified for Regionals this season. Here's a list of the women who have:
