Falcons 13th After Day One Of Marshall Invitational

HUNTINGTON, WV - After shooting a 311 the first 18 holes of the Marshall Invitational, the Bowling Green State University men's golf team bounced back, improving by 20 shots just hours later. The Falcons, who shot 311-291--602 sit in 13th place after 36 holes of competition.
Every Falcon improved on their second round of golf and leading the way was senior Heath Ziglar. The co-captain shot an opening round 80 and followed that up with a 1-under 70 later that day. He currently sits in a tie for 35th among 84 golfers.
Also competing for the Falcons is Jace Walker (78-73, T47th), Tommy Lopez (79-73, T-54th), Dan McIntyre (77-75, T54th), and Adam Cordes (77-75, T-54th)
The final round of competition takes place Saturday afternoon.
