BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Falcons will conclude their cross-country road trip with two matches in California...the Orange and Brown will compete in the St. Mary's (CA) Fall Soccer Classic...the Friday (9/3) match between host, SMC, and BGSU is scheduled to kick-off at 4:00 p.m. Pacific (7:00 p.m. Eastern)...up to the minute play-by-play will be available via game tracker from the BGSU website...Sunday's (9/5) match against the Sacramento State Hornet's is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. Pacific (3:30 p.m. Eastern)...this will be the first meeting between the programs.

Perea's Share Goal
• For the first time as Falcons, juniors Ryan and Alec Perea connected on the same goal...Ryan booted the score; his first of the season and second as a Falcon...Alec recorded the assist; his first of the season and second as a Falcon.
The past week in Falcon Soccer
• The Falcons were shut-out in the opening action of the Coastal Carolina Invitational Tournament by CCU (2-0)...BGSU also fell, 2-1, to Furman while playing in Myrtle Beach...Ryan Perea scored the lone Falcon netter on the weekend.

St. Mary's Team History
•St. Mary's is coached by Adam Cooper who is in his first year with the Gaels...last season SMC finished at 9-9-1 overall and 6-6 (4rd) in the West Coast Conference...SMC returns 14 lettermen and welcomes 8 newcomers.

•The Gaels are 1-2-1 after the first three matches...SMC they were shut-out by both San Jose State (8/31) and Cal Poly (9/1)...the Cal Poly match was decided in the 104 minute...Dylan Leslie will be ineligible for the match due to a red card violation in the Cal Poly match...

•In the only meeting between the two programs, BGSU beat SMC 3-1 at home last season...juniors John MacKenzie and Ryan Perea recorded assists in the match.

•The Hornets enter the match at 1-3-0 after picking up their first win with a 3-2 victory over Valparaiso (9/4) at home...to date, the Hornets have yet to win a road match...SSU has also dropped decisions to Michigan State (8/25), Oregon State (8/26) and UC Davis (8/31)...each match was decided by one goal.

Justin Kim leads the Falcons with eight shots in 2006...he is tied for a fourth overall ranking among MAC competitors...Alec Perea and Ahmad Smith are tied with 10 shots this season and rank sixth overall in the league...Smith dropped to a 5th place tie with four points on the year while Kim is tied at three points...Smith remains as just one of five players in the conference to have two goals and ranks among the top in goals per game...Kim and R.Perea join 11 others in the MAC with one goal on the season...Paul Shoemaker has recorded 11 saves with seven goal against...his 1.69 gaa ranks fourth among all MAC keepers.
