KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The latest USA Today/ESPN Top-25 Coaches Poll has been released, and the Bowling Green State University women's basketball team has moved up a spot, to 16th in the nation. The poll was released Tuesday afternoon (Jan. 23).
The Falcons are now ranked 16th in the country in both polls, as the Associated Press poll came out Monday (Jan. 22). The rankings are the highest in both school and Mid-American Conference history.
The Falcons (16-2 6-0 MAC) are in Kalamazoo, Mich., preparing for a Wednesday night (Jan. 24) game vs. Western Michigan University. Starting time is 7:00 p.m. at University Arena. The game marks the first of a three-game road swing for the Brown and Orange, who will play a Sunday (Jan. 28) contest at Eastern Michigan before stepping out of MAC play for a Tuesday (Jan. 30) tilt at Chicago State.
