The Bowling Green State University tennis team, after a three-week break from competition, jumps back into action with a dual match against Wright State University this weekend. The Falcons of head coach Penny Dean will host the Raiders Sunday (March 18), with first serve scheduled for 9:30 a.m. at the Shadow Valley Tennis Club in the Toledo area.
The Falcons have not played since a 5-2 win over Butler at Shadow Valley on Feb. 25. That gave the Brown and Orange an overall record of 6-4, and a perfect 5-0 mark at Shadow Valley this year to date.
Following the WSU match, the Falcons will begin Mid-American Conference action with a trip to the league's 'West Coast.' The Brown and Orange will face Northern Illinois in DeKalb on Saturday, March 24, before returning to Ohio for a match against Ferris State the next day (March 25). The FSU dual is scheduled to be played at Keefe Courts on the BGSU campus.
