Things never stay the same if you want to get better. The same is true of our letter winners' organization. We are energizing the Varsity BG Club with a new look while never forgetting what we are about.
The goal of the Varsity BG Club is to develop a national connection of our former athletes and Bowling Green State University. We aspire to build an environment that honors past efforts and achievements and strengthen the bonds that were built here. As proud Falcons, we promote the growth and continued excellence of BGSU Athletics.
You can no longer buy a membership into the Varsity BG Club - you already earned it. Every letter winner is a member of the Varsity BG Club - you paid your dues with your blood, sweat, and tears on the field of play while representing your school. You were many sports but you were always one team.
We set aside one day each year to honor our former athletes' efforts and achievements at our home football opener, now known as Varsity BG Day. Mark the date - Saturday, September 22.

Friday night we induct your teammates into the Athletic Hall of Fame at a banquet in the Student Union.
Saturday pre-game party and football game where we honor former athletes from all fields.
To ensure the Falcon legacy stays strong, we need the Varsity BG Club to be strong. No athlete ever wants to watch from the sideline - become an ACTIVE member and get into the game now!
1. Come back to campus with your teammates and attend the events.
2. Join the Falcon Club, where you can now designate 100% of your donation directly to your sport.
3. Wear your colors proudly. Display the orange of BGSU.
Plan to come home to Bowling Green, September 21, 22 to celebrate the tradition and values that you helped build. Don't come alone - bring your teammates!
