Falcon Baseball Announces Date For 13th Annual Golf Outing

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University baseball team has announced that its' 13th Annual Benefit Golf Outing will be held on Saturday, September 20 at Forrest Creason Golf Course. All proceeds of the event will help support the 2008 Mid-American Conference Regular-Season Champions, as they look to continue to build up the strength of the program and defend their championship.
The event is open to all golfers and non-golfers. Entry fee for a single golfer is $150, which includes 18 holes, players share of electric cart, food and beverages. Those who enter can also have $100 go towards a recognition Falcon Club Membership or have that same amount be added to a current membership.
Tee and hole sponsorships will also be available. With any $350 tee sponsorship, the sponsor will receive a tee sponsor sign, two passes to the Outing, food, beverages and two BGSU Adidas Shirts. Golfers may also sponsor a BGSU baseball player with a $125 sponsor receiving a BGSU Adidas Shirt, an Autographer Baseball and a Falcon Club Membership.
Registration for the outing will begin at 11 a.m. at Warren E. Steller Field with the outing beginning at 12 p.m. The event will be a Scramble Format with a Shotgun Start from the baseball field. A social hour and Awards Presentation at Ziggy Zoomba's will follow the event.
