BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Former women's basketball student-athlete Whitney Taylor has spent the summer checking in to www.bgsufalcons.com updating the fans throughout her days as an intern with the E! channel. Read on to learn about her final days in California with the pop-culture channel.
Taylor, will next move on to Nickelodeon to serve as an intern in the fall.

My final days at E! were both eventful and tearful as I said goodbye to E! as well as Los Angeles for the summer. I finished up my final assignments and said goodbye to everyone in my department when they took me out to lunch on my final day. It was sad saying goodbye, but everyone was very encouraging and hopeful that I will return to E! one day as a full time employee. Everyone was very nice, wishing me well and being sure I had their contact information for future employment opportunities at E!. It was hard saying goodbye, but the whole summer was such a good experience that I could only leave with a smile on my face knowing that I had done and learned so much during my experience there.
I look forward to my next adventure as I move to Midtown West, which is in the heart of New York City and just minutes from Time Square, where I will be working as a Flash Animation and Web Design Intern for Nickelodeon. Building on my knowledge and skills learned during my time at E! Entertainment, I'm sure Nickelodeon will prove to be just as good, if not better of an experience!
Thank you for following along with my blog this summer and I hope you enjoyed sharing my adventures and experiences! As an alumni of the BGSU women's basketball team, I now look forward to watching the upcoming team continue on the tradition that I was so lucky to be apart of for four years.
