BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University women's soccer team will be offering several camps this summer on the BGSU campus. Head coach Andy Richards, assistant coach Scott Gloden and the Falcons will conduct a residential camp, that commuters are welcome to attend, from Wednesday, July 29, through Sunday, August 2, 2009.
The residential/team camp provides five days of exciting and challenging instruction on all aspects of the game. Campers should be prepared for intense training sessions in a fun learning environment. Sessions will focus on advanced technical and tactical aspects of soccer in small group and team situations. The evening sessions are devoted to competitive games in a "World Cup" style format.
The camp also offers teams the opportunity to participate and be coached as a group. High school and club coaches are invited to have input on the themes covered during camp.
For more information or to register an individual or team, please contact the women's soccer office at 419-372-9617.
