Andrew Foster Joins BGSU Baseball Staff

BOWLING GREEN, OHIO - Former Bowling Green State University baseball player Andrew Foster has joined the Falcon coaching staff and will serve as the volunteer assistant coach for the remainder of the season. Foster was on the bench for Bowling Green's 16-13 win over Michigan State Tuesday (March 16).
Foster completed his eligibility last season with his best year as a collegian hitting .361 with 38 RBI and 48 runs scored. He had 25 extra-base hits, including 17 doubles and six home runs as he helped the Falcons to the regular season MAC title and a share of the East Division championship.
The Bowling Green, Ohio native finished his career with a .298 average with 107 RBI. His 37 career doubles is ninth on the BGSU career list.
Foster will work with the Falcon outfielders this season.
