2009 BGSU Hockey Program Awards Banquet Reservation Form

The Bowling Green State University hockey program will recognize the 2008-09 squad and honor the seniors at their annual banquet on April 26 in room 101B of Olscamp Hall. A "meet and greet" with the players and staff will begin at 3 p.m. with the program, which includes a dinner buffet, to start at 3:30.
