Men’s Basketball To Appear On STO Twice In 2010-11

Cleveland, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference has announced the men's basketball broadcast schedule for its television partners for the 2010-11 season and Bowling Green will be featured on Sports Time Ohio (STO) twice during the upcoming year.
The annual rivalry game between Bowling Green and Toledo, this year played at Toledo, will be shown on STO Jan. 25 at 7:30 p.m. As well, the Falcons' home game against Kent State on March 1 will be broadcast and will result in a time change to 7:30 p.m. The game was originally scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
There are six dates yet to be determined as STO will choose a contest 21 days ahead of time for games on Feb. 2, Feb. 15, and Feb. 23. All three contests will be 7:30 p.m. start times. For the ESPN television schedule, the BracketBuster event will be broadcast on Feb. 19, while ESPNU will broadcast a game on Feb. 26 at 11 a.m. with that contest chosen 21 days ahead of time. Also, a game will be broadcast on ESPN2 March 4 at 7 p.m. with the contest chosen the standard 21 days ahead of time.
In total, the MAC announced a 34-game men's and women's basketball schedule produced and distributed by STO as well as a minimum of 13 games broadcast on the ESPN Family of Networks. Michael Reghi and Steve Mix will handle the broadcast duties on STO and the majority of those games will be broadcast in high definition.
