Join the Falcons at the Bowling Green Country Club
The Bowling Green State University Women's Basketball Team's Annual Golf Outing date has been set. The event is scheduled for Sunday, September 19, 2010 at the Bowling Green Country Club. This is your chance to interact with head coach Curt Miller, his coaching staff and the women's basketball student-athletes in a social setting, as well as to help support the program while at the same time enjoying a round of golf.
The event includes a plethora of amenities, including greens fees/carts, door prizes, auction items, hole contests, food and beverages on the course, lunch, and admission to the evening social.
Miller and the women's basketball staff will welcome back 10 letterwinners from a 2009-10 team that won the outright Mid-American Conference regular-season championship for the sixth consecutive season. BGSU posted an overall record of 27-7 and a MAC mark of 14-2 last season, and the Falcons also won the MAC Tournament for the fourth time in six years, advancing to the NCAA Championships. It marked BG's sixth-straight season with a national postseason appearance.
