BGSU Athletics Announces Start Of 5th T-Shirt Design Contest

In association with the BGSU Bookstore, BGSU Athletics is proud to present the 5th Annual BGSU Athletics Student T-Shirt Design Contest. We're enlisting the design skills of BGSU Students to help create the “Official Fan T” t-shirt for 2011-12.
Inspired by the official spirit song of BGSU, Ay Ziggy Zoomba, we're looking for a t-shirt that our students and fans can “ROLL ALONG” in at BGSU Athletic events all year long!
Entries must be submitted in PDF format with a resolution of no less than 300 DPI, and should be emailed to cmarcum@bgsu.edu by no later than 5:00pm ET on Friday, April 1, 2011. The winning designer will receive the following:
- Recognition in an official release issued by BGSU Athletics on BGSUFALCONS.COM and sent to local media outlets.
- On-field recognition at The Doyt during the 2011 BGSU Spring Football Game on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 7:00pm ET.
- The first 2011-12 “Official Fan T” t-shirt off the press, framed.
- Special prize package from BGSU Bookstore.
Certain rules and criteria will apply as follows:
- The winning design will be printed on a BROWN t-shirt.
- The winning design may be two-sided and should include no more than the two imprint colors of WHITE and ORANGE on either side.
- The winning design should somehow prominently display “WE ARE BG.”
- The winning design CANNOT include any references to “BG WARRIORS” and should not include the lyrics to any songs, including Ay Ziggy Zoomba.
- Only BGSU Students enrolled and attending through at least the Spring 2011 semester are eligible to enter.
- Certain BGSU Athletic logo/artwork marks may be included as part of all submitted designs, and are available for download on the contest headquarters page accessible via a link toward the bottom of the main page at BGSUFALCONS.COM.

Questions or request for further clarification on anything may be sent to cmarcum@bgsu.edu with the subject line “2011 T-Shirt Contest Inquiry”, and will be responded to within a 24-hour period (unless submitted between 5pm on a Friday and 10am on a Sunday, in which case a response will be received the following Monday morning).
