BGSU Women's Soccer to Host Skills Clinic, 7v7 Indoor Tournament

One-day indoor event scheduled for Saturday, April 2
The Bowling Green State University women's soccer program will hold a one-day indoor event on Saturday, April 2. The Falcons will host a skills clinic as well as a 7v7 competitive tournament. Both events will take place in the Perry Field House on the BGSU campus.

The skills clinic is open to players ranging in age from U8 to U14, and will run from 8:30-10:00 a.m. The indoor tournament begins at 10:30 a.m., and is for players in the U15 to U18 age range.
SKILLS CLINIC - 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.
Participants will receive instruction from, and will have the opportunity to interact with, members of the BGSU coaching staff as well as players on the current Falcon team. The clinic will provide an engaging environment to practice both technical and tactical skills, and will provide plenty of opportunity to have fun in the process! Separate goalkeeping instruction will be available for young 'keepers looking to hone their skills.
Players can register for the skills clinic as an individual, as a group or as a team. The registration deadline is March 27.
7v7 INDOOR TOURNAMENT - 10:30 a.m.
This annual tournament has been very competitive in the past! Teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games before playoff rounds begin. The format is small-sided to big goals with six field players plus a goalkeeper in play. All BGSU coaching staff members will be on hand and are looking forward to watching some great games. Participation in this event is a great way to get an inside look into the BG program while showcasing your talent at the same time.
Players interested in participating in the tournament can register as a team, a group or an individual. Registration deadline is March 18.
