Falcons Complete Gymnastics Regionals

COMPLETE RESULTS
It was a big day for the Bowling Green State University gymnastics team on Saturday night (April 7). In Auburn, Ala., the Falcons sent a school record four gymnasts to the Regional meet, competing with some of the best gymnasts in the country.
Gina Locigno and Megan Harrington competed in the all-around, while Jamilah Ali showcased her talents on beam and Danielle Wishart participated on vault.
Wishart was the most impressive, scoring a 9.800 to finish 24th among 41 competitors on vault.
Ali, the reigning Mid-American Conference Freshman Gymnast of the Year, posted a 9.550 on beam to finish tied for 33rd.
Harrington and Locigno placed 18th and 19th in the all-around with scores of 38.225 and 36.975.
While none of the Falcons advanced to Nationals, all four will return for the 2013 season.
