Losby, Hill Named Pizza Hut Athletes Of The Week

Each week, the Bowling Green State University Athletic Department names the Pizza Hut Athletes of the Week, as selected by the athletic communications department based on their athletic performances from the previous week. This week's winners are baseball player TJ Losby and tennis player Mary Hill.
Male Athlete of the Week
TJ Losby, a junior from Bryan, Ohio, batted .438 (7-16) on the week with three home runs to increase his team lead to five. Losby contributed four runs and six RBI as well. In Sunday's setback at Kent State, Losby did all that he could to keep the Orange and Brown in the game, recording his first career multi-homer game. In that game, Losby accounted for three RBI and two runs scored.
Female Athlete of the Week
Mary Hill, a senior from Munster, Ind., went a perfect 4-0 last weekend as the Falcons advanced to the MAC Tournament's championship match for the first time in school history. Hill posted wins at No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles in a semifinal win over Akron and then in the championship match against Miami. For her efforts, she was named to the MAC All-Tournament team.
