Save the Date - Women's Basketball Golf Outing Set for Sept. 15

Join the Falcons at the Bowling Green Country Club
The Bowling Green State University Women's Basketball Team's Annual Golf Outing date has been set. The event is scheduled for Sunday, September 15, at the Bowling Green Country Club. This is your chance to interact with head coach Jennifer Roos, her coaching staff and the women's basketball student-athletes in a social setting, as well as to help support the program while at the same time enjoying a round of golf.
The event includes a veritable plethora of amenities, including door prizes, auction items, hole contests, food and beverages on the course, lunch, and admission to the evening social.
Roos and the women's basketball staff will welcome back seven letterwinners, including three starters, from the 2012-13 roster. The Falcons finished with a 24-11 record and picked up a pair of wins in the WNIT. The Falcons, after going 11-5 in Mid-American Conference play, advanced to a national postseason tournament for the ninth consecutive year. In the WNIT, BGSU defeated both SMU and Duquesne before falling by three points to Drexel, the eventual tournament champion.
