Falcons’ Amodio Named to the Madness MAC All-Conference Second Team

College Sports Madness 2014 Mid-American Women's Soccer All-Conference Teams
Bowling Green, Ohio – Bowling Green State University sophomore defender Paige Amodio was named to the Madness 2014 Mid-American All-Conference Second Team, it was announced by College Sports Madness (www.collegesportsmadness.com).
Amodio played in all 18 games for the Falcons this season, starting 17 on the defensive backline for BGSU. The sophomore, who helped BGSU post four shutouts on the season, played every minute of 13 contests on the year, including logging 110 minutes in the double overtime tie at Northern Illinois, 104 minutes in an overtime loss to Central Michigan and 94 minutes in an overtime win at Akron.
The Madness MAC 2014 Preseason All-Conference Team selection scored her first career goal and notched an assist in the Falcons' 8-0 road win at Chicago State.
On the season, Amodio had three points, on one goal and one assist, and posted three shots, all of which were on goal. She also totaled over 1,500 minutes on the pitch for the Falcons who posted the most wins for a BGSU team in a single season since 2011.
