Lievendag Named MAC All-Tourney

Cleveland, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference announced today that Bowling Green State University junior Amanda Lievendag was named to the MAC All-Tournament Team at the MAC Championships Saturday. Lievendag was one of four members of the All-Tournament Team.
In order to qualify for the team, a gymnast must place first in an event, including the all-around. Lievendag shared the vault championship with Kent State's Marie Case with a score of 9.850. Along with those two, Ball State's Denasiha Christian and Central Michigan's Kylie Fagan were named to the team. Case earned balance beam and all-around titles, while while Christian was the champion on the floor exercise and Fagan was the champion on the uneven bars.
Lievendag was a three-time MAC Specialist of the Week this year as one of the Falcons' top competitors on both vault and uneven bars.
