Falcons Conclude Season at the MAC Championships

finished her intercollegiate career with a final round 84, +12, as the four-year Falcon golfer finished with a 54-hole score of 250, +34, and in 42nd overall. Arnold totaled five birdies over her three rounds of play over the weekend.

Kent State won the team championship for the 16th straight year with a 54-hole score of 895, +31. Toledo (916, +52) finished in second, while Eastern Michigan (938, +74) and Northern Illinois (945, +43) took third and fourth-places, respectively.

Rounding out the top-five in the team standings was both Western Michigan and Akron who finished tied for fifth-place overall with identical team scores of 953, +89.

Kent State took each of the top-three spots overall, as Jennifer Ha earned medalist honors with her tournament low 54-hole score of 222, +6, to become the third two-time individual championship winner in MAC History. Ha finished one stroke ahead of fellow teammate Natalie Goodson (223, +7) and two strokes in front of the Golden Flashes' Wad Phaewchimplee (224, +8) who finished in second and third overall.

The Falcons finished the season with five top-five team finishes, including a first-place team win at the Cleveland State Invitational. BGSU also had two individuals in Shelby Wilson and Lily Bartell post tournament wins, as each was named the MAC Women's Golfer of the Week once throughout the year.

BGSU had a team stroke average of 311.22 over 23 rounds of team play and an individual stroke average of 77.80 on the year over a total of 92 individual rounds of competition.
