Falcons Face Ohio Wednesday To Open MAC Baseball Tournament

AVON, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University baseball team has earned the No. 6 seed for the 2015 Mid-American Conference Tournament. The Tournament gets underway on Wednesday, May 20, at All Pro Freight Stadium in Avon, Ohio. The Falcons will begin Tournament play at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday morning against No. 3 seed Ohio. The Falcons defeated the Bobcats in 2-of-3 games on the road earlier this season. The other two teams in the Falcons' bracket are No. 2 Kent State and No. 7 Western Michigan.
On the other side of the bracket sits No. 1 seed Central Michigan, No. 4 seed Toledo, No. 5 seed Ball State, and No. 8 seed Akron. The Falcons could not play any of these four teams until the tournament final on Sunday, May 24. A Tournament bracket, along with ticket information can be found above.
