Tipoff Times Changed for Feb. 4 Basketball Games at the Stroh

BGSU women to host Akron at 12:30 p.m.; men to face arch-rival UT at 4:00 p.m.
The tipoff times for Bowling Green State University's home basketball games on Saturday, Feb. 4, have been changed. The BGSU women's basketball team will now host the University of Akron in a 12:30 p.m. start, while the Falcon men will face the arch-rival University of Toledo at 4:00 p.m.
Fans can purchase tickets by visiting BGSUFalcons.com/tickets, calling 877-BGSU TICKET, or by visiting the BGSU Ticket Office at the Stroh Center during normal business hours.
The men's game was added to the Mid-American Conference television package, necessitating the time change. The BGSU-UT game will be shown on Spectrum Sports, and will air in HD. It will also air on the Buckeye Cable Sports Network (BCSN) in the Toledo area, as well as nationally on ESPN3.
The BGSU-Akron women's game, like all home Falcon basketball contests, will also be shown on ESPN3. The arena will be cleared between the women's and men's games.
