Comella Earns Second-Team All-MAC

Cleveland, Ohio – Bowling Green State University tennis sophomore Paula Comella earned second-team All-MAC, as announced by the Mid-American Conference Wednesday afternoon.
"I'm extremely proud of Paula for this award," head coach Stephanie Dalmacio said. "She has what it takes to take this program to the next level. Off the court, Paula has showed her teammates and myself great leadership and kindness. I couldn't be more proud of her."
Comella, a native of Ciutadella de Menorca, Spain, ended her sophomore campaign with a 15-3 overall record and a 2-5 conference record at the No. 1 spot for the Falcons. Comella, alongside freshman Marharita-Sophia Tavpash saw much success at the No. 1 doubles spot with an 11-8 overall record and 4-3 in the MAC.
