FINAL RESULTS
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Bowling Green State University women's golf team concluded play at the Babs Steffens Hatter Collegiate on Monday (March 25) afternoon. The Falcons posted their best score of the tournament, carding a 313 to finish the tournament in 11th place. The Stetson University-hosted event was played on the Hills course at the LPGA International.
Lamar won the tournament by five strokes by posting a 901 in the 54-hole tournament. BGSU continued to get better over the course of the week. Bowling Green carded rounds of 332 (Round 1) and 319 (Round 2) yesterday prior to today's 313 in Round 3.
Erin Fahey and Julia Durkin posted rounds of 77 on the day to lead the Falcons. Durkin recorded a top-25 finish, as she finished tied for 24th. All five Falcons – including Sammi Blackburn, Nichole Cox and Jessica Madry – carded at least one birdie apiece across the final 18 holes of play.

"We were excited to compete at the LPGA International course this week, but unfortunately we weren't able to execute our game plan. The team did improve each day and that's what we will take away. We will have a chance to get back home and make some adjustments before hosting our annual Dolores Black Falcon Invitational."
