BGSU Athletics Making History In 2018-19
April 12, 2019 | General, Falcon Club, Student-Athlete Services
Bowling Green, Ohio – With 12 of Bowling Green's 18 NCAA Division I varsity teams having completed their 2018-19 competitive seasons, the BGSU Athletics Department heads into the spring campaign on a historic pace. BGSU baseball, softball, tennis, men's golf, women's golf and outdoor track & field will look to close out the academic year in strong fashion.
"Success in college athletics takes an investment from every member of our community, from the leadership in our University, to our staff, to Falcon Club members and season ticket holders, to coaches, and most importantly, student-athletes," BGSU Director of Athletics Bob Moosbrugger said. "The positive trajectory of our department should be a source of pride for each of those groups and many others as well. We still have a long way to go, but the effort and support is beginning to pay dividends. We will continue to search for ways to support the mission of Bowling Green State University by excelling in every area."
