Football 100: The Greatest Falcon Team Bracket

Bowling Green, Ohio - In recognition of the 100th anniversary of BGSU Football, BGSU Athletics is letting fans determine their favorite championship team in program history. The department has determined 16 league champions throughout BGSU Football's history and put those teams into a bracket tournament for fans to vote on. Each round will last one week until we determine the favorite team in school history.

As BGSU Football celebrates the 100th anniversary of the program this fall, the Athletics Department has begun releasing a series of stories recapping the program's history in decade-by-decade format. Fans can view that series by CLICKING HERE.
During the spring, BGSU Football held a bracket challenge to determine fans' favorite helmet of all time. The winning helmet was one worn from 1981-2003 and will be worn again when the Falcons host Toledo for the 100th anniversary game on Oct. 12.
