2019-20 BGSU Men's Basketball Schedule

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference has released the 2019-20 men's basketball league schedule. The conference office announced the schedule on Wednesday (Sept. 4) afternoon. Bowling Green will play 18 conference games, including nine home games inside the Stroh Center.
The BGSU men's basketball program announced its non-conference schedule last week. Full information on Bowling Green's non-conference games can be accessed by CLICKING HERE.
"Year in and year out, the MAC is one of the most competitive leagues in the country," said head coach Michael Huger. "This year is no different as the conference once again features 12 competitive teams. We have 18 MAC games that are each the biggest game of the year. Every game is equally as important, and we will have to go out and earn each and every win. I'm excited about our team and when MAC play rolls around, we will be focused on our first contest, Kent State."
Bowling Green's conference slate includes a home-and-home series with Toledo. The home game versus Toledo on Saturday, Feb. 8 will be the program's Bill Frack Challenge contest.
The conference office also announced its national television schedule for the month of January. Bowling Green's MAC opener at Stroh Center on Jan. 3 will air live on CBS Sports Network at 9 p.m. Also, BGSU's road game at Buffalo on Jan. 31 at 7 p.m. will air on ESPNU.
Senior Day will take place in BG for the regular-season finale against Buffalo on Friday, March 6. Along with Toledo, BGSU's other MAC West crossover opponent is Ball State. The Falcons went 9-1 against West Division schools in 2018-19.
At home, Bowling Green will face: Kent State (Jan. 3), Miami, (Jan. 7), Northern Illinois (Jan. 18), Eastern Michigan (Jan. 21), Ball State (Jan. 28), Toledo (Feb. 8), Ohio (Feb. 22), Akron (Feb. 25) and Buffalo (March 6).
On the road, BGSU is set to play against: Ohio (Jan. 11), Western Michigan (Jan. 14), Toledo (Jan. 25), Buffalo (Jan. 31), Central Michigan (Feb. 4), Akron (Feb. 11), Ball State (Feb. 15), Miami (Feb. 29) and Kent State (March 3).
