SETTING THE SCENE
• The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team wraps up a two-game road stretch this weekend. Head coach Robyn Fralick and the Falcons travel to Morehead, Ky., for a Saturday afternoon (Dec. 19) matchup with Morehead State University. Tipoff is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. at Johnson Arena.
• The MSU game also wraps up BGSU's non-league schedule for 2020-21. Following Saturday's action, the Falcons have 19 regular-season games remaining, all against Mid-American Conference opposition.
• BGSU is coming off of a loss for the first time this season. After four wins to begin the campaign, the Brown and Orange dropped a 79-73 decision at Purdue on Sunday (Dec. 13).
• Following the MSU game, BGSU closes the December schedule by hosting Miami on Tuesday (Dec. 22), in a 12:00 p.m. start at the Stroh Center.
FOLLOW THE FALCONS
• Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, BGSU will unfortunately not have any public attendance for women's basketball games in the 2020-21 season. However, there are multiple ways to follow the Falcons this winter...
• TV/VIDEO: All of BGSU's home games, as well as many road contests, will be streamed via ESPN3 or ESPN+.
• RADIO/AUDIO: All BGSU home games and a few road games will have an audio stream thanks to the efforts of the Bowling Green Radio Sports Organization (BGRSO).
• LIVE STATS: Live stats will be available for all BGSU games in 2020-21.
• TWITTER: In-game updates, along with key graphics and information, can be found on the BGSU women's basketball twitter account, @BGSUwbb.
Links to any and all ways to follow the Falcons will be available on the schedule page at BGSUFalcons.com on game day.
THE FEWER TURNOVERS, THE MORE BETTER
• The Falcons turned the ball over just seven times at Purdue, BG's lowest total in over three years and one of the lowest in school history. The Brown and Orange had not had so few turnovers in a game since the 2017-18 season opener, when BG had just five – tying the school record – at Eastern Kentucky.

A QUICK LOOK AT THE EAGLES
• Morehead State is 1-4 on the young season, and Saturday's game vs. the Falcons will mark the Eagles' fourth contest in a six-day span. MSU captured a home game vs. Transylvania (Ky.), 75-62, on Tuesday, before dropping a narrow 79-73 decision at Lipscomb Thursday.
• Gabby Crawford is the lone double-figure scorer with 11.4 points per game, but five of her teammates are averaging at least 7.0 ppg. That group includes Lauren Carter, who has 8.6 points and a team-leading 9.0 rebounds per game.
• The Eagles are 1-2 at home and 0-2 on the road to date. Head coach Greg Todd welcomed back four letterwinners, including three starters, from a 2019-20 club that finished with an overall record of 10-20 and a Ohio Valley Conference mark of 6-12.
THE SERIES
• The Falcons lead Morehead State, 5-2, in the all-time series, and BGSU has captured the last five meetings. Last year, in the teams' first matchup in 16 years, BGSU picked up a 79-65 victory at the Stroh Center (Nov. 9, 2019).
• The Falcons are 2-1 at home, 1-1 on the road and 2-0 in neutral-site meetings with the Eagles over the years.
DOWN THE ROAD
• Following the MSU game, BGSU concludes the December schedule by hosting Miami on Tuesday (Dec. 22). That Mid-American Conference matchup will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the Stroh Center.
