Schedule Changes for Weekend Softball

BGSU's tourney in Tennessee moved back a day
The Bowling Green State University softball team's weekend schedule has been changed. Due to anticipated inclement weather in the Johnson City, Tenn., area on Friday, the Buccaneer Classic has been pushed back a day and will begin on Saturday (Feb. 29).
Head coach Sarah Willis and the Falcons are still scheduled to play five games – all against foes from the state of Tennessee – this weekend. BGSU will begin tourney play with back-to-back games on Saturday (Feb. 29), taking on host East Tennessee State at 1:00 p.m., then turning around and playing nationally-ranked Tennessee after the ETSU game is completed.
On Sunday (March 1), BGSU meets Tennessee Tech in a 10:00 a.m. start, and the Falcons will face the Lady Vols in a contest scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m.
Monday (March 2) sees the Orange and Brown meet the host school in a 10:00 a.m. start before returning to Ohio.
