Women’s Golf Signs Pantig-Nystrom And Swartz To National Letters Of Intent

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University women's golf program and head coach Stephanie Young have announced the signing of two future student-athletes to National Letters of Intent. Emily Pantig-Nystrom (McKinney, Texas / Prosper) and Mallory Swartz (Franklin, Wisc. / Franklin) will join the current roster and have four years of eligibility for the Falcons.
"Coach Fahey and I are excited to announce and welcome Mallory and Emily to the Falcon Golf Family," commented Coach Young. "Mallory has a tremendous work ethic and deep drive to continuously improve her game. She's a true competitor and we are excited to watch her game grow at the college level. Emily is a hard worker who has a passion for the game of golf. She is going to really thrive in a team atmosphere and will be a fantastic addition to our program."

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters for coach Ryan Salinas at Prosper High School … Multiple-time First Team All-District selection … Led the Lady Eagles to back-to-back district championships in 2017 and 2018 … Recorded her first hole-in-hole on individual tour in 2018 at Hills at Prestonwood … Posted her second hole-in-hole as a junior during high school season at the Heart of Texas tournament … Took home an individual title while playing for PHS at the Old Brickyard Golf Club in 2019, shooting 79-74 … As a senior, led PHS to a third-place finish at the district preview.
