Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Announce Newest Class Of Falcons

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University women's cross country/track & field program announced the addition of ten student-athletes for the 2020-21 school year. Listed below are bios and information about each incoming student-athlete.

Chloe Amoroso
PR's/Stats: Triple Jump 38-1; Long Jump 17-5
Chloe is a dynamic jumper with a ton of upside. Chloe's former experience as a figure skater has helped her transition to the triple jump very well. I look forward to her development in the horizontal jumps relative to our conference and beyond.

Darian Braddix
PR's/Stats: 60Â 7.80; 200 25.26; 300h 45.52
Darian's versatility on the track, mixed with her ability to hurdle, makes her a tremendous asset to our program. Darian is part of a legacy at BGSU with both her parents not only being alumni, but student-athletes as well. That said, Darian is ready to blaze her own trail at BGSU.

Alyssa Ellerbrock
PR's/Stats: 5k XC 18:31.72; 3,200 11:02.30
Alyssa has a fantastic work ethic and focus. It was exciting to see her take the next step by wining an indoor state title this winter. She will give us immediate depth in the true distances and I look forward to watching her make an impact in the Mid-American Conference.  Â

Kennedi Gephart
PR's/Stats: 400Â 57.12; 200 25.29
Kennedi is a dual sport athlete playing basketball and running track. Kennedi has good sprint range that will be valuable to our sprint group.

Payton Gorman
PR's/Stats: 400Â 56.44; 200 25.31
Payton competed in volleyball, basketball, and track all four years of high school. She is a fierce competitor that hates to lose. With Payton able to focus on one sport moving forward, I believe it will have an enormous impact on her development in track & field.

Kristin Groppe
PR's/Stats: 5k XC 18:58.20; 1,600Â 5:14.96; 800 2:17.58
Kristin was multi-sport athlete in high school, playing basketball along with cross country and track. She has a good range. With devoting full attention to our sport, I look forward to watching her development.  Â

Kaylee Kahl
PR's/Stats: 1,600m 5:07.27
Kaylee is another local athlete who competed in a multitude of sports in high school; soccer, basketball, track. She also has a good range of ability and true leadership capabilities. With training at the collegiate level, patience, and development, Kaylee will make a positive impact on our program and beyond.

Izzy Klett
PR's/Stats: Long Jump 18-1; Triple Jump 36-2
Izzy has experience in both horizontal jumps and also has experience with high jump. She will add needed depth to our jump group.

Katie Mendenhall
PR's/Stats: High Jump 5-6
Katie is a great addition for us! She is a former volleyball player who will focus on high jump at BG. I look for Katie to have an immediate impact in the Mid-American Conference.

Ayanna Tommy

Ayanna is one of the top sprinters in Illinois. In addition to the sprints, Ayanna has also had experience with the  jumps and relays. She will undoubtedly add quality depth in the aforementioned areas for our program.
