Falcons Conclude Play At The Joe Feaganes Marshall Invite

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Bowling Green men's golf team wrapped up play on Tuesday (Sept. 14) at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invite. The Falcons were one of 15 teams to compete at the invitational, an event that saw 96 individual competitors log a score. As a team, Bowling Green posted a score of +23, being tied for seventh with Youngstown State. The Orange and Brown posted round scores of 287, 294 and 294 for a 875 total.
Host Marshall exited with the team victory, finishing up -7 thanks to a strong first round score of 273. Wright State (+1), Dayton (+7), Longwood (+10), Purdue Fort Wayne (+14) and Belmont (+17) rounded out the teams above Bowling Green.Â
For the Falcons, Connor Gdovin and Tom North brought the best scores back to the clubhouse over the course of the tournament, both finishing +5 to tie for 24th overall. Brady Pevarnik was close behind, coming in at +6 and tied for 28th overall.Â

Brady Pevarnik (72-73-145) leads Bowling Green at +3 and is tied for No. 23. Tom  North (72-74-146) is at +4, while Ian Mackenzie-Olson (73-74-147), Brandon Rattray (74-73-147) and Connor Gdovin (70-77-147) are all at +5. Curtis Hughes (74-77-151) is participating as an individual and is at +9.
