Falcons Host Greyhounds For First Home Match Of Season

PERRYSBURG, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University tennis program will play their first home match of the 2021-22 season, meeting the University of Indianapolis for a Saturday (Feb. 5) dual. The Falcons and Greyhounds will meet in the Perrysburg Tennis Center, with first serve scheduled for 4 p.m.

The Falcons were defeated by Purdue last weekend, with Selina Karg and Hannah Neuman earning a doubles victory for BGSU. The duo is 1-1 this season and 6-1 in their careers. With the victory, Karg moves to 16-5 in her doubles career and 38-10 in combined matches.

Saturday will mark the spring opener for Indianapolis, who finished last season 23-1 and NCAA Division II Runner-Up. The Greyhounds competed at the ITA Regionals in September, claiming the Singles and Doubles crowns. Bella Dunlap and Anna Novikova qualified for ITA Nationals, with the latter reaching the Singles Quarterfinals.
