FASCINATING FALCON FACTS & FIGURES
• BGSU enters the CMU match with a record of 2-3-3, and the Falcons are 0-0-2 in MAC play. BG saw both of last week's matchups – a home match vs. Toledo and a contest at Western Michigan – end in 2-2 draws.
• Senior Kennedy White leads the Falcons with six goals and 12 points on the season. White scored three of her team's four goals last week, with a goal vs. UT and a brace in Kalamazoo.
• With those three goals, White moved up five spots on the BGSU career list. She now has 21 career goals, tying her with Chelsee Washington (2016-19) for sixth place on that BGSU list.
• White now has 49 career points as a Falcon, deadocking her for 12th in BG history with Britt Anderson (2002-05).
• White has played three career matches against Western Michigan – with all three contests taking place in Kalamazoo – and has scored four goals vs. the Broncos. She had the game-winning goal as both a freshman (Oct. 27, 2019) and a junior (Sept. 23, 2021) vs. Western. BGSU did not face the Broncos in her sophomore season.
• White's six goals this season all have come over the last five matches.
• The two-goal match at WMU was the second of White's career, and her second in the last four contests. She also had a pair of goals at Valparaiso on Sept. 11.
• Freshman Brynn Gardner is second on the team in scoring, with seven points on two goals and a team-leading three assists. Gardner had a goal and an assist in her first career 'Battle of I-75' on Thursday, and added an assist on Sunday at WMU.
• Alaina Uncapher, like Gardner a freshman from Anthony Wayne H.S., had an assist in each of last week's two contests. Uncapher made her first career start in Sunday's WMU match.
• Senior Lili Berg has started all eight matches in goal this season, and has 31 saves and a 1.51 goals-against average.
• A total of 15 different players now have started at least one match for the Falcons this season. One of those 15, senior Jasmijn Dijsselhof, returned to action on Sunday after missing the previous three matches due to injury. Dijsselhof played 85 of the 90 minutes in Kalamazoo.
• A total of 23 players have seen action for the Falcons this season, with no fewer than 19 of them having played in at least five of the eight matches to date.

Since the beginning of the 2018 campaign, BGSU is 47-22-13 overall, 33-5-3 in MAC regular-season action and 40-5-5 in all games vs. league opposition.

Head coach Jeremy Groves and the Chippewas finished with records of 9-8-1 overall and 6-4-1 in the MAC last fall.
• Ball State is 2-3-4 overall and 1-0-1 in the MAC, heading into a Thursday home match vs. Northern Illinois. THE SERIES
• BGSU trails Central Michigan, 14-10-2, in the all-time series, but the Falcons have won the last five meetings. Last season, the Orange and Brown picked up a 1-0 win in overtime in Mount Pleasant (Oct. 17, 2021). CMU's last series win was also decided in OT, as the Chippewas downed visiting BG by a 2-1 count six years ago (Oct. 9, 2016). Prior to BGSU's current five-match series winning streak, Central had captured 11 consecutive meetings. BGSU is 4-7-1 in home games, 5-7-0 in road meetings and 1-0-1 in neutral-site confrontations with CMU.
• The Falcons trail Ball State, 15-6-4, in that series, but BGSU has captured the last two matches. Last season's lone meeting was a 2-0 Falcon win in Muncie (Oct. 7, 2021).
