BGSU Announces 2024 Gymnastics Schedule
October 12, 2023 | Gymnastics
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The 2024 Bowling Green State University gymnastics schedule has been released, as announced by head coach Kerrie Turner.
The 2024 schedule boasts a new full-time meet venue for the gymnastics program as all four of its home meets will be contested at the Stroh Center.
"The 2024 gymnastics schedule has set our program up for a fantastic season," said Turner. "Perhaps the most exciting piece of this is that our home competitions will be hosted in the Stroh Center, a premier facility for the student-athletes and the fans.
"The MAC is always closely contested for both the regular season and the tournament champion. Every competition will be of the utmost importance, and we look forward to getting the MAC schedule started at home against Northern Illinois. Out of conference, we are looking forward to seeing a variety of opponents, including several programs that have made moves in the rankings recently. No doubt we will have some great competition to help our program strive for excellence all season long including hosting West Virginia and on road meets against Big Ten opponents Ohio State and Illinois."
The home meets are against Illinois State (Jan. 7), NIU (Jan. 13), Central Michigan and UW Oshkosh (Feb. 4) and Eastern Michigan, West Virginia and Fisk (Feb. 11).
The road meets are at Ball State (Jan. 21), at Western Michigan (Jan. 28), at Central Michigan (Feb. 16), at LIU (Feb. 25), at Ohio State with Kent State (March 1), at Illinois (March 3) at Pitt (March 8) and at Kent State (March 17).
The MAC Championship is at Ball State on March 23.

Tickets will be required for all home meets with the move to the Stroh Center. Cost is $15 for a season ticket and $5 for single meets.
