Women Hold 5th Place in MAC Pre-Championship Coaches Poll

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University Women's Cross Country team was ranked 5^th in the conference in the MAC Pre-Championship Coaches Poll Wednesday afternoon.

The Falcons received 73 points in the poll with Toledo (119), Eastern Michigan (108), Ohio (105), and Central Michigan (86) placing atop the poll. The entire MAC Women Cross Country Pre-Championship Coaches Poll results are listed below:

1. Toledo - 119 points
2. Eastern Michigan - 108 points
3. Ohio - 105 points
4. Central Michigan - 86 points
5. Bowling Green - 73 points
6. Akron - 72 points
7. Miami - 71 points
8. Western Michigan - 53 points
9. Ball State - 34 points
10. Buffalo - 30 points
11. Kent State - 25 points
12. Northern Illinois - 16 points

The 2023 MAC Championships are set to take place in Bowling Green this Saturday (10/28) at the Mel Brodt Cross Country Course. MAC Championship information can be found here.
