Falcons Look Ahead to Weekend

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University swimming and diving team heads to Oxford, Ohio to compete in the Miami Last Chance Meet this weekend. The Falcons will compete on both Friday and Saturday.
Featured Falcons
This will be the second time the Falcons will be competing in an invite at Miami University this season. Earlier in the year the Falcons placed fourth at the Miami Invite. Taylor Harris was the strongest swimmer of the group finishing fourth in both the 100 and 200 Breaststroke and even swimming to a personal best in the 100. The divers also performed well at Miami. Rayah Blood finished second in the 3-Meter Dive with a score of 272.10 and teammate Grace Ellis added a top five finish placing fourth in the 1-Meter with a score of 250.25.
Oxford wasn't the only place Harris performed well. In the Falcons last meet at Buffalo, Harris came home with a win in the 200 Breaststroke. Harris also added a second-place finish in the 100 Breaststroke. Backstroke swimmers also performed well at Buffalo with Emily McNicol finishing second in the 100 and Lily Kaiser finishing second in the 200.
