January 21, 2024 | Ice Hockey
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green Falcons (8-17-0, 6-8-0 CCHA) dropped game two of the series against the Minnesota State Mavericks (12-9-3, 8-5,1 CCHA) by a score of 1-4 Saturday night in Slater Family Ice Arena. The Falcons' lone goal was scored by Seth Fyten with assist from Dalton Norris and Josh Nodler. Â
Scoring Plays
"We felt like we had a really good opportunity to get six points tonight and I say really good opportunity meaning that if we played hard, it was something that could happen. Unfortunately, we did not play as hard as we did last night and Minnesota State did. We knew they would come back and play well and we know the kind of team they have and program they have, they were not going to just show up tonight and let us get three points easily."
