The Falcons Have Gone Down to Georgia to Play in the Peoples Golf Championship

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green men's golf team continues the spring portion of its season this weekend at Western Carolina's Peoples Golf Championship. The three-day event will take place at the Sea Palms Resort, a par-71, 6,664-yard course in St. Simons Island, Ga.
There will be 18 holes each day of the tournament. Each round is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. with assigned tee times off both the first and 10th tee boxes.
Peoples Golf Championship
The Falcons will be one of 22 teams competing at the Peoples Golf Championship. The field includes Bellarmine, Belmont, Central Michigan, Davidson, Drexel, Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Illinois, Long Island, Marshall, Morehead State, Murray State, Siena, Tennessee Tech, UT-Martin, UT-Rio Grande Valley, Western Kentucky, Winthrop, Wofford, Wright State, Xavier and host Western Carolina.

• BGSU is playing in the Peoples Championship for the first time.
• Last time out Ethan Irvine led the way at +4 at the Border Olympics.
