Five BGSU Women’s Golfers Named Academic All-MAC

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference named five members of the Bowling Green State University women's golf team to the 2023-24 Academic All-MAC list, as announced by the league.
Kayla Davis, Makenna Jones, Ava O'Sullivan, Olivia Steen and Mallory Swartz all earned honors. It is the fourth career honor for Davis, while Jones, O'Sullivan, Steen and Swartz all earned the accolade fro the first time.
Academic All-MAC is awarded to a student-athlete who has excelled in both athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must maintain a 3.20 cumulative grade point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that sport. First year freshmen and first year junior college transfers are not eligible.
