Bowling Green Hosts UTRGV in Two-Day Dual Meet

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green women's swim and dive team hosts a two-day dual meet against UTRGV this weekend, with competition set for Friday at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday at 11 a.m at Cooper Pool.
The Falcons (7-0, 2-0 MAC) enter the meet riding one of the strongest starts in program history. Bowling Green remained unbeaten after a 161–139 victory over Eastern Michigan on Nov. 8, marking just the program's second win over the Eagles, snapping a 1-17 all-time record. BGSU has posted decisive margins throughout the fall, winning all seven duals and earning conference victories over EMU and Miami (Ohio).
UTRGV (2-2) travels to northwest Ohio following a 178–110 win over Montevallo on Nov. 8, its second road victory of the season. The Vaqueros' young roster also placed third in a field of five at the Rice Fall Splash.
In recognition of World Diabetes Day, the Falcons will wear blue caps throughout the meet to raise awareness and honor those affected by diabetes.
