Falcons Return to Action on Monday for Exhibition Matchup Against USA Hockey National Team Development Program

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green Falcons (8-5-3, CCHA 6-3-3) will finish exhibition play for the 2025-26 season against the USNDTP at the Slater Family Ice Arena. This will mark the second time in program history that the Falcons have competed against the US National Under-18 Team. The Falcons also met the U18 team in Plymouth, Mich., last season. Puck drops at 7:07 p.m.

Opponent Outlook
• The USNDTP U-18 team is playing its first game since Dec. 13 when they fell at Clarkson, 8-2, in Postdam, N.Y.
• The USNDTP U-18 is 1-9 against NCAA ice hockey teams this season with its lone win coming against St. Lawrence, 3-2, on Dec. 12.
• Victor Plante leads USNDTP U-18 with 26 points (14 goals, 12 assists).
• Jamie Glance is No. 2 on the team with 24 points with 13 goals and 11 assists.
• Brady Knowling leads USNDTP U-18 between the pipes with a 3.63 GAA and a 88.7 saving percentage.

Falcon Facts
• BGSU has had five alumni that have represented the United States in international competition including Ken Morrow and Mark Wells, who were members of the 1980 Miracle on Ice team
• The Orange and Brown have been off since the first weekend of December as the CCHA has hit the mid-way point of the season. BGSU returns to regular season action on Friday with a home and home non-conference series with Ohio State. BGSU head to Columbus on Friday for a 6:30 p.m. puck drop. The Falcons return home on Saturday to host the Buckeyes for a sold out affair at the Slater Family Ice Arena. Puck drop on Saturday is 6:07 p.m.
• Bowling Green is currently fifth in the CCHA standings with a 6-3-3 record and 21 points.
• Quinn Emerson leads BGSU with 18 points on five goals and 13 assists.
• Noah Morneau leads BGSU with seven goals.
• Emerson and Breck McKinley lead BGSU with 13 assists.
• Jacob Steinman leads BGSU between the pipes with a 90.5 save percentage to go with a 2.72 goals against average. Tyler Palmer had a team-best 2.16 goals against average.
